A specific meaning or rule in the relevant service clause prevails over a general definition. References to an accepted schedule or record mean the version supplied for that service, not an undisclosed internal policy. Mandatory legal rights and obligations are not displaced by these definitions.

About your service record #

Your Service Particulars are the account and service details supplied electronically before you accept or activate a service. They identify how these standard agreements apply to you. Your application, service confirmation, transaction review and any separately issued investment or authority schedule contain the relevant details; Idealx retains and makes available the versions you accepted.

Only the services and powers expressly identified and accepted are enabled. An omitted product, limit, provider or authority is not unrestricted permission. Where a detail is required for a service, that service remains unavailable until the detail and any necessary agreement are supplied.

1. Account and parties #

Your account record identifies the legal holder, any trustee capacity, account references, client classification, approved service jurisdictions, contracting providers, authorised persons and service commencement. The acceptance record identifies the terms supplied, their versions and the person who accepted in each capacity. A shared login does not combine different legal account holders.

2. Payments and cash #

The payment record identifies the provider, payment facility, relevant financial institution and its role, legal account holder, trust or client-money arrangement, your entitlement, supported currencies and payment rails. It includes applicable terms, cut-offs, expected transit times, reversal and dispute rights, and the actual scope or absence of deposit protection.

Where you select cash placement, the Cash Service Particulars identify eligible balances, the Responsible Holder, permitted deposit scope, earnings entitlement, withdrawal arrangements and institution-failure risks. The cash service pays you no interest unless a separate written entitlement applies. Funds unavailable for placement under the applicable holding terms remain outside that authority.

3. Securities #

Your securities record identifies execution and clearing providers, custody arrangements, the registered holder or nominee, relevant jurisdictions and any direct agreements. It explains your ownership or beneficial entitlement, segregation, applicable liens, insolvency risks, corporate-action and voting arrangements, transfer rights, order conditions and supported instruments. Direct registration and nominee custody are distinguished.

4. Digital assets #

Your digital-asset service record identifies supported assets and networks, trading capacity and execution method, quote validity, fees, custody and key-control roles, pooling and segregation, confirmation standards, withdrawal limits and expected times. It explains the treatment of forks, migrations and airdrops and any service-specific risks or restrictions. A named token or network does not imply support for every similarly named asset.

5. Strategies and management #

For a client-approved strategy, the confirmation identifies its author, version, permitted instruments, allocation budget and initial basket, order conditions, fee currency, valuation sources and deduction authority. The ordinary strategy fee is 0.20% per annum on enrolled invested assets, calculated daily and collected monthly in arrears, with no minimum or cap. The review gives an allocation-based dollar estimate and explains any independent adviser fee.

For Auto Pilot or a discretionary Managed Strategy, your Investment Program identifies the provider, appointed manager, client objectives and suitability, included assets, numeric risk limits, custody, fees, valuation and exit arrangements. The MDA agreement and its accepted mandate govern that scope. Selecting a non-discretionary strategy does not grant MDA authority.

6. Privacy and AI #

The service privacy information identifies the purposes, relevant provider functions and likely overseas handling locations to the extent practicable. AI notices explain the enabled processing arrangements and relevant retention and training restrictions. These notices supplement the Privacy Policy; they do not confer account permissions or unrelated marketing consent.

7. Financial services disclosure #

The Financial Services Disclosure Record accompanies the applicable Financial Services Guide. It identifies the authorising licensee and representative appointment, effective service scope and issue date, required service contacts, compensation arrangements, relevant remuneration and benefits, associations and complaint routes. Amounts, calculations, estimates and any legally permitted later-disclosure procedure are included as required for the service. A licence held by one provider does not authorise every Idealx product.

8. Your electronic records #

Idealx records the information presented, signers and capacities, authentication, exact terms, affirmative instructions and applicable provider activation. You can obtain your accepted copies through your account or support@idealx.com. A service application may remain pending while identity, authority or provider checks are completed. Public website wording does not replace your completed service record.

9. Changes #

Operational records may be updated to reflect valid instructions or administrative changes. They cannot silently create fees, extend mandates, alter asset ownership or remove accrued rights. Material changes follow the notice and consent provisions of the relevant agreement. Your earlier accepted records remain available for the applicable retention period.
