Agreements & policies.

The terms that apply to you are the versions supplied to you and accepted for your services. Your acceptance is recorded in your account together with the exact version.

This site publishes each version with a permanent link and a fingerprint (SHA-256 hash), so you can always read the precise text you accepted.

When terms change we give notice before the new version takes effect. Upcoming versions and a summary of changes are listed on the Changes page.
