# Idealx Console User Access Terms Version 2.3 | Published 28 September 2026 Read with your completed account and service particulars. Managed services: scope and priority ------------------------------------ An individual Console user may manage an MDA only within a separately verified provider appointment and assigned mandate. Staff or AI actions cannot bypass trading locks or accept a client’s new mandate without valid authority. Existing account security and complaint access remain available. This amendment has priority for its stated MDA scope. Unrelated service provisions continue to apply. Overview -------- These terms apply between Idealx Platform Pty Ltd, ACN 694 912 126, and the individual accepting an invitation to use Console for the identified Firm. The invitation record identifies the user, Firm and approved role. The Firm's authorised signatory accepts the Console Services Agreement separately. 1 Your access ------------- Use Console only for the Firm's approved activities and the Client accounts and powers assigned to you. You confirm your identity and authority to act in that role. Your login does not appoint the Firm, enlarge a Client mandate, authorise your own fees or create an AFSL permission. Request additional access through the approved process. Protect credentials, use required authentication and do not share accounts, bypass controls, impersonate a Client, conceal instructions or give another person your approval codes. Promptly notify the Firm administrator and support@idealx.com of suspected compromise, erroneous instructions, role changes or departure from the Firm. Platform may restrict affected access proportionately for security, invalid authority or material misuse. 2 Instructions data and AI -------------------------- Check the Client, account, beneficiary or asset, amount, fees and approval requirements before submitting. Distinguish preparation from approval and execution. Do not confirm for a Client where their own approval is required. Atlas or other AI output does not replace those checks or confer authority. Use personal and confidential information only for approved work and lawful recordkeeping. Do not sell it, disclose it to unauthorised recipients, use it for unrelated marketing or upload it to unapproved AI services. Follow the supplied collection notices and security requirements. Platform records relevant access and instruction events under its Privacy Policy; do not place unnecessary secrets in messages. 3 Ending access and responsibility ---------------------------------- The Firm or Platform may remove your role consistently with the Firm agreement and applicable law. You must stop accessing accounts when your authority ends. Access termination does not remove Client rights or authorise deletion of required records. Necessary confidentiality obligations continue. You are responsible for your own conduct to the extent required by law and these terms. These terms create no personal guarantee of the Firm's fees, no unlimited employee indemnity and no waiver of mandatory rights. Platform remains responsible for its own obligations. Victorian and applicable Commonwealth law govern, with non-exclusive Victorian court jurisdiction and mandatory complaint and forum rights preserved. Notices and complaints may be sent to notices@idealx.com and complains@idealx.com respectively. 4 Electronic acceptance ----------------------- Use a separate unticked control on first invitation acceptance: “I accept the Console User Access Terms for my access on behalf of [Firm name].” Button: “Accept invitation”. Record user identity, Firm, role, version, time and authentication. This action does not execute the Firm agreement or any Client mandate. Supply an accessible accepted copy.
