# Idealx Client Authorities Version 2.3 | Published 28 September 2026 Read with your completed account and service particulars. Managed services: scope and priority ------------------------------------ A general firm dealing authority does not override an active MDA trading restriction. MDA acceptance, any prescribed product-risk consent and current fee authority are recorded separately for the relevant legal account and mandate. Withdrawal and termination remain available; existing direct debit mandates do not become investment-management authority. This amendment has priority for its stated MDA scope. Unrelated service provisions continue to apply. Overview -------- These templates are online forms, not paper-signature forms. Their fields are completed and retained electronically. Acceptance uses an initially unticked checkbox, a clearly labelled action button and suitable authentication. Refer to the Agreement Presentation Guide (document 06) for the registration journey and evidence requirements. Form A. Client appointment of a professional firm ------------------------------------------------- Client legal name and capacity: [ ]. Trust/SMSF and trustee details where applicable: [ ]. Accounts covered: [specific account identifiers]. Firm legal name, registration and address: [ ]. Firm licence/representative/professional status: [verified details]. Named authorised team or controlled role group: [ ]. Idealx approving provider: [ ]. Effective date: [ ]. Expiry or review date: [ ]. Permissions ----------- Every permission below defaults to **not granted** until expressly selected and verified. Broad permissions may be selected together, but an 'all access' label cannot replace the recorded scope. The platform must enforce the resulting limits. Permission | Granted | Accounts/assets | Limits and approvals View balances, holdings and transactions | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] Download statements and reports | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] Upload onboarding and verification materials | [ ] | [ ] | [ ] Update specified administrative details | [ ] | [ ] | Exclude ownership/security changes unless separately verified Prepare instructions for Client approval | [ ] | [ ] | Does not include submission Submit Client-approved trade instructions | [ ] | [ ] | Record underlying approval Transfer between verified Client-owned accounts | [ ] | [ ] | Currency/amount/daily limits Add third-party beneficiaries | [ ] | [ ] | Separate verification and approval rules Initiate third-party payments | [ ] | [ ] | Beneficiary and amount limits Approve payments | [ ] | [ ] | Dual approval where specified; distinguish initiation Apply for additional products | [ ] | [ ] | Client acceptance of product terms unless valid delegated signing authority exists Delegate within the Firm | [ ] | [ ] | Named roles, supervision and revocation Submit professional fee invoices | [ ] | [ ] | Does not authorise deduction An independent Firm remains responsible for its professional advice and decisions. Idealx supplies the agreed access and instruction-processing service; this appointment is not a promise that Idealx will assess every instruction’s investment merits. Idealx’s own obligations and any applicable licensee responsibility remain. An approved KYC route may reuse Firm-collected evidence but does not prove or extend this authority. The authority does not permit the Firm to lend or pledge assets, bind the Client to an asset-use programme, borrow for the Client, accept a guarantee waiver, change ownership, reset Client security credentials, expand its own powers or approve its own fees. Any such action requires separate valid authority and an available legally approved service. Client declaration ------------------ I/we appoint the identified Firm to act only within the permissions and limits recorded above. I/we authorise necessary disclosure of account information to that Firm for these purposes. This does not authorise unrelated marketing, sale of information or access to unlisted accounts. I/we may reduce or revoke this authority through the authenticated account permissions screen or support@idealx.com. Idealx will confirm implementation; already binding transactions and legal obligations may still be completed. Ending this authority does not itself end my/our separate professional engagement or account agreement. Accepting person's name, capacity and authority evidence: [ ]. Explicit checkbox acceptance and **Authorise firm** event: [ ]. Authentication reference, timestamp and document version: [ ]. Firm acknowledgement and Idealx validation ------------------------------------------ The Firm accepts the mandate limits and confirms its relevant permissions and personnel controls. It must notify Idealx of changes and may not represent this mandate as conferring a regulatory licence. Firm authorised person's electronic acknowledgement/date: [ ]. Idealx authority verification/date: [ ]. Activated permissions and system reference: [ ]. Confirmation delivered electronically to Client: [ ]. Form B. Professional fee and deduction authority ------------------------------------------------ The completed consent identifies the applicable fee arrangement and the period for which deductions are authorised. Any prescribed advice-fee consent requirements also apply; a generic account acceptance does not replace them. Client/account holder: [ ]. Fee recipient legal name and contact details: [ ]. Services covered: [ ]. Relevant professional engagement version: [ ]. Fee arrangement: [one-off / ongoing / other]. Service period: [ ]. Fee amount or calculation: [ ]. Where required, reasonable estimate and estimation method: [ ]. GST treatment: [ ]. Deduction frequency and dates: [ ]. Source account(s), amounts from each and deduction provider: [ ]. Start/end or relevant consent period and renewal requirements: [complete under applicable regime]. For a regulated ongoing advice-fee arrangement, record the applicable reference day, services and fees for the relevant period, the required consent and renewal dates, the fee recipient’s details, the account identifier and amount or estimate attributable to each account, and the statutory withdrawal information. Use a form satisfying the regime applicable when consent is obtained; this template does not dispense with prescribed information or renewal. A virtual BSB/account identifier does not by itself establish that a bank-account exception applies. Client statement: I/we agree to the specified services and fees and authorise the identified deductions for the stated period. No additional fee or account is authorised by this form. I/we may withdraw or vary consent through the authenticated fee-authority screen or support@idealx.com, with the effect and timing required by applicable law. Any lawfully accrued contractual debt is distinct from continuing deduction authority. My/our representative cannot increase their own fee under this authority. Electronic copy delivery and required fee notices: [ ]. Accepting person's identity/capacity: [ ]. Explicit fee-consent checkbox and **Authorise fees** event: [ ]. Authentication reference, acceptance date/time/version: [ ]. Firm verification: [ ]. Deduction provider receipt: [ ]. Expiry/withdrawal stop-control reference: [ ]. For SMSFs, superannuation accounts and joint/trust arrangements, verify the legal power, proper purpose, applicable consent rules and persons required to authorise the charge. Do not assume one person's login authorises every trustee or account holder. Form D. Fund-side administrator and payment mandate --------------------------------------------------- Identify the trustee/RE legal name, named fund and capacity, fund-side payment account, appointing authorised signatory, personnel/roles, payment limits and approval controls. Record separate acceptance of the Fund Provider Services Agreement and applicable provider terms. This mandate covers only the fund-side account and approved fund information; it does not grant control of investors’ unrelated accounts. Fund personnel remain responsible for lawful instructions and use of scheme money. It does not appoint Idealx as investment manager or fund auditor. Vendor invoice deduction, if offered, requires separately specified lawful payer/account authority; no automatic deduction from investor subscription money is authorised. Administrative automation and provider routing may occur within the accepted authority without a new Client approval for each technical step. Automation cannot create new discretionary investment powers, beneficiaries, fees or asset-use rights beyond the recorded mandate. Form E. Idealx strategy basket instruction ------------------------------------------ Client/account: [ ]. Strategy version: [ ]. Basket identifier/version: [ ]. Full orders and execution bounds: [ ]. Aggregate brokerage/FX/other costs and cash impact: [ ]. Expiry: [ ]. Authenticated Client approval text/button and timestamp: [ ]. Execution/cancellation status: [ ]. Preserve the displayed basket. This is an instruction for the specified orders only; no standing discretion for future strategy changes or new fee authority is granted. Initial strategy subscription may supply Form E evidence through the same Invest [currency/amount] & join action used to select the service, provided the exact current strategy, allocation, determinable initial orders, indicative market execution, costs and debit authority are shown. A second initial approval is not required merely to duplicate that instruction. Later unspecified changes are not included.
